<p>Step 1 &gt; Open Outlook</p>
<p>Step 2 &gt; Click and hold down CTRL+SHIFT+b to open your address book</p>
<p>Step 3 &gt; Click Tools &gt; Options and choose either the Global Address List or your own contact list</p>
<p>That is it, simple but hard to remember.</p>
